Royalty. Taxable people: any holder (purchase, loan, gift) of
a television set or comparable device of reception. Perceived by hearth whatever
the number of television sets and the reception point (main home and/or secondary).
Since the 1-1-2005, the royalty is supposed for any hearth subjected to the tax
of dwelling, except contrary declaration on the income tax return on the income.
Payment: must be discharged in November, at the same time as the tax of dwelling.
In the event of non-payment, letter of recall with increase of 10 %; in the absence
of answer, 1st act of continuation with expenses. Sanction in the event of misrepresentation:
agents of the Treasury can be presented at the residence to note by official report
the presence of a television set. The debtor will have to pay the royalty and
incurs a fine of 150 ·. Exemption: exonerated from tax of dwelling (under
condition of resources: + 60 years, widowers, handicapped and invalid; RMists).
The exonerated hearths of royalty in 2004 will remain it until 2007, even if they
are not exonerated from tax of dwelling. For the professionals,
